Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents; participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis with preventive actions.

5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or related roles.
Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech) degree mandatory.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, Java, Bash).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes & Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Experienced working in global delivery models such as Global Capability Centers (GCC).
Familiarity with SRE best practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Demonstrated ability with production support in 24x7 environments and strong automation skills to reduce operational toil.
