Own system reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale, business-critical global platforms within PwC's GCC.
Manage production incidents including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution; participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis to drive preventive actions.
Build and maintain automation (scripts, runbooks), support and optimize cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP), and work with container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
4-7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or similar roles.
Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech) degree mandatory.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems and proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure mandatory; AWS and GCP preferred), Kubernetes & Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring & observability tools, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Experienced in managing cloud-native production environments with strong SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Capable of collaborating with global engineering, platform, and security teams in a global delivery environment (Global Capability Center model).
Skilled in automation, operational excellence, and production support including 24x7 incident management and capacity planning.
