Own Linux bring-up and SDK development/validation for a 64-bit RISC-V MPU SoC platform, including boot, firmware stack, kernel, device drivers, and release delivery.
Lead pre- and post-silicon validation efforts across FPGA and first-silicon platforms, creating tests and debugging at system-level to unblock teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, hardware, safety teams, and external partners to shape SoC/CPU decisions, align on roadmaps, and support early adopters and ecosystem integration.
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years experience in Embedded Linux platform/BSP development.
Expert-level C programming with strong Linux internals knowledge including boot flow, MMU, interrupts, and SMP.
Hands-on experience with U-Boot, Linux kernel, Device Tree, Yocto/OpenEmbedded, platform bring-up, and debugging tools (GDB and OpenOCD/JTAG or equivalent).
Experienced in platform bring-up and BSP ownership with strong debugging and system-level validation skills on pre-silicon (FPGA, emulation) and silicon platforms.
Comfortable working closely with CPU architects and cross-functional teams to influence SoC features based on hands-on data and validation.
Exposure to RISC-V or other application-class CPU architectures with interest or experience in multimedia stacks, platform security, and upstream open source contributions.
