Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities ensuring data accuracy and operational value across the enterprise.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to support asset lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and configuration data synchronization.
Monitor and improve CMDB health, support governance controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB and asset data with enterprise operational requirements.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, SAM or related capabilities.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ITIL Configuration Management, Asset Management, and experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure concepts and experience working within Agile and SDLC delivery models.
Experienced in scalable and governance-driven ServiceNow CMDB and asset management implementations integrating across infrastructure, cloud, security, and procurement domains.
Skilled in automating and improving data quality, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance tracking within ServiceNow's HAM and SAM modules.
Proficient in multi-team collaboration to ensure standardized service-aware operations consistent with ServiceNow CSDM and enterprise standards.
