Contribute across the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, test automation, documentation, and ongoing support for investment accounting products.
Create, document, and maintain test cases and automated tests covering system, integration, and unit levels, ensuring high-quality and secure solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to identify defects, improve automation and testing tools, and advocate for best practices to maximize product impact.
At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a testing role on complex financial domain systems.
Experience in manual and automated testing including design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies at all software levels.
Good English communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher), both written and spoken.
Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, software development lifecycle, and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD and trunk-based development.
Experience or willingness to work in complex accounting and investment-related financial domains.
Experience with functional or object-oriented programming, relational databases, and SQL is advantageous.
Candidates interested in learning in-house tools including APL programming and utilizing AI capabilities in testing will be preferred.
