Experienced in multi-site corporate and datacenter network operations with strong troubleshooting skills across network and application layers.
Able to document and improve operational procedures and runbooks to enhance team response and consistency.
Comfortable working in a global capability center model supporting international stakeholders and on-call operations, with exposure to Azure cloud networking preferred.
