Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of large-scale global production systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; participate in on-call rotations and conduct root cause analysis with preventive actions.
Build automation, maintain cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP), and work with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) to optimize system resilience.
5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or similar roles.
Strong Linux/Unix system knowledge and proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Java, or Bash).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes & Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech) degree required.
Experienced working in Global Capability Centers or global delivery models with exposure to 24x7 production support environments.
Strong understanding of SRE best practices including defining SLIs, SLOs, and managing error budgets.
Preferably holds certifications in cloud platforms or Kubernetes and has knowledge of FinOps or cost optimization.
