Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational excellence of large-scale, global production systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents; participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis to drive preventive actions.
Build and maintain automation, manage cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP), and work with container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Production Engineering, or similar roles.
Bachelor of Engineering degree (BE/BTech) required.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems and at least one programming/scripting language (Python/Go/Java/Bash).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability tools, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Experienced in supporting 24x7 production environments and global delivery models (Global Capability Center experience preferred).
Knowledgeable in SRE best practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Comfortable working with global engineering, platform, and security teams to improve system resilience and performance.
