Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems and proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, Java, Bash).
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Azure Monitor), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Experienced in global delivery or Global Capability Center (GCC) environments with exposure to 24x7 production support.
Familiarity with SRE best practices including defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Strong operational focus on automation, reliability engineering, and collaboration with global engineering and security teams.
