Support PMO functions and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining sector.
Build and maintain project schedules, dashboards, and reports using tools like Primavera, Power BI, and BIM to enhance visibility, predictability, and control over project scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and support onsite audits and meetings.
2–5 years relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capex projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA, or M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
Preferred PMP certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experience managing multi-billion dollar metals & mining capital projects with digital/AI tools including 5D BIM, digital twins, advanced scheduling, and drone/LiDAR technologies.
Strong in planning & controls, data handling, dashboarding, report writing, and on-ground coordination for PMO.
Effective at detailed problem solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication in complex project environments with extensive travel to sites.
