Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining by building schedules, dashboards, and digital toolchains to improve project visibility, predictability, and control.
Maintain work plans, update progress in Primavera/MS Project, execute EVM calculations, and prepare management reports on cost, schedule, and risk metrics.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking, maintain PMO registers, assist in compliance documentation, and facilitate stakeholder engagements including meetings and site audits.
2–5 years relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Preferred qualifications: M.Tech (NICMAR) or BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA and relevant project experience.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing large-scale metals & mining capital projects with multi-billion-dollar budgets.
Skilled in integrating cutting-edge digital and AI technologies in project management such as 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI reporting assistants.
Capable of working extensively on-site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders including EPCs, vendors, and regulators, and managing complex project documentation and reporting cycles.
