Oversee and support PMO execution for capital projects in metals & mining, including schedule maintenance, earned value management calculations, risk and safety audits.
Build and maintain digital tools such as dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), 5D BIM linkages, drone/LiDAR progress workflows, IoT geo-fencing dashboards, and GenAI assistants to enhance project visibility and control across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking, documentation, stakeholder support, including meetings, audits, and reporting for large-scale projects with exposure to cutting-edge digital/AI solutions.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Education: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking advantageous.
Willingness to obtain PMP certification within 12 months preferred; extensive travel to project sites/client offices required.
Experienced in multi-billion dollar metals & mining programs, including terminals, mines, beneficiation, smelters, and logistics.
Proficient in leveraging digital/AI technologies in project management such as 5D BIM, digital twins, advanced scheduling & risk analytics, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI copilots.
Strong skills in planning & controls, data handling, dashboarding, report writing, on-ground coordination, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a complex, dynamic environment.
