Lead end-to-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals & mining sectors, covering planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization.
Establish and run PMO functions including stage-gate governance, schedule and cost controls, risk and safety management, and quality management ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive adoption of advanced digital and AI solutions (5D BIM, advanced scheduling, drone/LiDAR progress tracking, IoT geofencing, digital twins, GenAI assistants) to improve time, cost, quality, and safety outcomes.
6-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO consulting on capex projects.
Mandatory PMP® certification.
Education: M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred in Construction/Project Management or BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBA with strong project/PMO experience.
Experience with at least 3 of the following: Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro), Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots.
Experienced in managing multi-billion-dollar industrial capital projects with exposure to end-to-end PMO governance and digital transformation.
Technically proficient in integrating modern digital tools and AI solutions within project controls and delivery frameworks.
Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of contracts, claims, liquidated damages, and regulatory requirements (PESO/CEIG/environmental permits).
