Own and drive the roadmap for UKG Ready's Platform Services including Jobs Framework, cloud native modernization with GKE migration, caching & performance, multi-tenant platform reliability, storage, IaC, audit trail, security, and AI native platform capabilities.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous job orchestration, multithreaded execution, and POD based multi-tenant SaaS architectures (day one fluency required).
Proven experience with cloud native architectures, containerization, GKE/Kubernetes migrations, caching technologies (Redis, Memcached), IaC tools (Terraform), audit/compliance systems, and security lifecycle management.
AI native working style mandatory: daily active use of AI agents/tools integrated into PM workflows for research, drafting, analysis, and communications (treated as baseline requirement).
Technically credible and decisive product manager who can engage directly with principal engineers and architects to influence infrastructure decisions in distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Experienced leader skilled in cross-functional alignment (engineering, security, architecture, DevX) in large, globally distributed SaaS organizations with emphasis on platform scalability and operational excellence.
Practitioner of AI-driven workflows integrated deeply into product management, capable of translating platform infrastructure metrics and strategies into business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
