Participate in design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to standards and security.
Manage and monitor all phases of application development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and support.
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and coach junior analysts, exercising independent judgment with limited supervision.
7+ years of relevant experience in software application development and systems analysis.
Proficiency with Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Java/J2EE, Oracle, Unix, Shell Scripting, Jenkins, RLM, OpenShift, and APIGEE technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects in an IT environment.
Experienced in end-to-end application lifecycle management and able to handle complex problem analysis and evaluation of business/system processes.
Capable of working independently with limited supervision and providing technical advisory to senior stakeholders and junior team members.
Familiar with consulting/project management techniques and able to operate effectively under pressure managing deadlines and changes.
