Design, build, and scale AI-enabled, cloud-native production systems with a focus on LLM workflows, model-driven decisioning, and observability.
Lead technical execution of AI/ML initiatives from concept through production, partnering with Product, Data Science, and Platform teams.
Define and track system health and performance metrics; improve reliability, scalability, and operational excellence including on-call system support.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET including multi-threading and profiling.
Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in production systems with LLM workflows, prompt design, embeddings, and external LLM API integration.
