Lead and manage a team of 10-15 engineers to deliver large-scale migration projects and develop Python-based smart contracts on the Thought Machine platform.
Oversee and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and configuration management.
Collaborate with stakeholders and stream leads to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions, particularly within the core banking domain.
5 to 10 years of extensive experience in core banking projects, including at least one large migration project.
Leadership experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
Strong expertise in Python development including advanced concepts and object-oriented programming.
Experience with GCP cloud architecture, DevOps tools, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.

Hands-on experience with Thought Machine Vault Core smart contract engineering or analogous financial product Python-based coding.
Operationally oriented with strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with cloud-native application deployment and automation on GCP.
