Own end-to-end development and delivery of high-complexity or strategic AI product features including REST APIs, frontend integration, and AI component integration.
Collaborate with AI Engineers and architects to integrate LLM-based components into production with prompt handling, fallbacks, and observability.
Maintain code quality standards, mentor junior engineers, and provide feedback to platform teams on infrastructure gaps.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
8+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend or full-stack production development.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, or TypeScript), REST API design, and database modeling (SQL and NoSQL).
Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React or equivalent) and experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot).
Experienced in shipping end-to-end production features with strong CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices.
Comfortable making technical decisions independently and collaborating with AI specialists and platform architects for integration.
Has enterprise software or multi-tenant SaaS background and preferably experience with AI productization and AWS cloud services.
