Own and drive the User & Organization (U&O) platform capabilities including user identity, organization onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and permission models for a large-scale multi-tenant SaaS platform.

8+ years of Product Management experience with full lifecycle ownership from discovery through delivery.
5+ years focused on identity, access management, user management, or organizational management platforms.
Proven experience delivering IAL/AAL-compliant identity flows per NIST SP 800-63 guidelines.
Familiarity with HIPAA Security Rule, RBAC in SaaS environments, and ability to engage in API design and Agile engineering processes.
Experienced in owning identity and access management products with demonstrated ability to lead complex technical and compliance-focused platforms.
Comfortable balancing user experience, security, and compliance requirements, and leading product initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders including security and engineering.
Technical fluency to engage deeply on API specifications, platform design, and SaaS multi-tenant architecture, with prior involvement in healthcare or regulated industries preferred but not required.
