Own and build the AI intelligence layer end-to-end for Figr’s AI product agent, including context, retrieval, memory, reasoning pipelines, and agent orchestration.
Optimize AI model performance for cost, latency, reliability, and quality while improving evaluation frameworks for subjective AI workflows.
Collaborate with CTO to shape AI strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap; monitor and enhance production AI systems and user experience.
