Own technical aspects of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation projects, either individually or leading senior team members.
Develop and document RPA configurations and best practices ensuring efficient, maintainable automated workflows.
Lead client interactions across IT teams during pre-sales and implementation; support testing and rollout of RPA solutions globally.
3+ years professional services experience, preferably in automation and/or integration projects.
Experience required with RPA software tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
IT or Business degree required.
Willingness to work in American or European client timezones with limited overlap as needed.
Experienced in technical leadership or senior development roles within RPA implementations, especially with Blue Prism and related cognitive technologies.
Strong design and architectural skills including Object Oriented Analysis & Design and domain-driven design patterns.
Comfortable interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams internationally during all project phases including pre-sales and rollout.
