Lead execution and coordination of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and CFS projects specifically for Data Center facilities.
Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems.
Oversee project schedule, quality, safety compliance, documentation, and engagement with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience executing IBMS/CFS projects.
Mandatory prior experience with Data Center projects.
Proven technical skills in IBMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Building Automation Systems including testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Experienced in managing large-scale Data Center IBMS projects with end-to-end responsibility.
Capable of independently managing site activities and coordinating multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors.
Familiar with ELV systems integration and commissioning with readiness to travel for project requirements.
