Own validation testing for new and existing products/systems including gas/diesel generators, transformers, and new technologies to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
Set up test cells, execute tests, and document/communicate technical issues during build and test phases, collaborating closely with design teams to resolve manufacturing/operational problems.
Analyze test results for conformity, generate reports for engineering/product teams, and support validation across manufacturing, operations sites, and vendors.
Degree in engineering plus a recognized apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical discipline or equivalent related experience.
Proven experience in equipment and system testing involving power generators, temperature control equipment, and battery energy storage systems.
Ability to interpret schematic drawings and perform logical fault identification and problem-solving.
Location: Pune (onsite).
Experienced in technical validation roles specializing in power generation and related control systems.
Strong diagnostic skills with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving design and manufacturing issues.
Capable of collaborating effectively with design and operational teams to drive product quality and compliance.
