Own end-to-end lifecycle management of global learning projects including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
Manage program operations by establishing governance, SLAs, processes, and communication routines to ensure on-time, within-scope, and quality delivery.
Provide leadership with dashboards, reports, and operational insights while coordinating with stakeholders, learning teams, and vendors to optimize resource utilization and resolve challenges.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree mandatory; relevant certifications in project/program management or business management preferred.
8–12+ years experience in Program Management, PMO, Learning Operations, L&D Shared Services, Consulting, or Operations.
Proven experience managing global, cross-functional virtual teams and vendors with stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools; ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with data-driven reporting.
Experienced in managing complex global learning or operational programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Strong analytical and reporting focus with capability to create dashboards and track performance for leadership decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop distributed teams while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.
