Build and maintain a microservices-based platform layer for Cloudera’s Data Services focused on hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Design, code, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade backend services using Go and Java, integrating with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and field engineering to rapidly develop features and enhance developer productivity.
6+ years of backend development experience with Go and/or Java.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proficiency with Kubernetes and container technologies such as Docker.
Experience in microservices design and implementation.
Solid experience working with complex distributed systems and cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Experience working across multiple cloud platforms and familiarity with PaaS/SaaS product development or involvement in open source CNCF community is a plus.
