Own deployment, management, and troubleshooting of global enterprise network technologies including WAN, LAN, SDWAN, firewalls, wireless, VPN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and network segmentation.
Administer AT&T/DXC-managed SDWAN, MPLS, WAN circuits, and global connectivity services ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
Execute network changes and incident remediation following IT governance and change management processes, contributing to continuous network improvement.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering or Information Systems.
Mandatory technical skills with enterprise networking technologies: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SDWAN, routing, switching, wireless, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and zero-trust methodologies.
Experience supporting global network environments including carrier circuits and telecom services (AT&T/DXC or similar).
Relevant certifications are preferred but not explicitly required (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP, Fortinet NSE, AWS Networking Specialty).
Experienced working under structured IT governance and change management frameworks for global enterprise networks.
Strong troubleshooting expertise across all network layers and ability to produce and interpret technical documentation and network diagrams.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across technical and business teams in a complex, multi-vendor network environment.
