Drive data product initiatives of low to moderate complexity focusing on data enablement, roadmaps, and capability improvements across platforms.

5+ years of data product management or data management experience (or equivalent through work, training, education).
Data Analyst experience including ability to analyze data, write business requirements, and develop/test data quality rules.
Proficiency in SQL and strong Excel skills mandatory; testing experience also required.
Comfort working with Hive and Teradata data platforms; experience with Mongo and Kafka is a plus.
Experienced in managing data product lifecycle within scrum/agile environments and collaborating closely with Product Owners to maintain continuity and reduce bottlenecks.
Skilled in data quality controls including rule writing, execution, validation, and post-production monitoring with tools like Acceldata or similar.
Capable of independently analyzing low to moderately complex data challenges and communicating insights effectively to varied audiences.
