Drive data product initiatives of low to moderate complexity focusing on data enablement, roadmaps, and capability improvements across platforms.
Analyze business and technical challenges to provide recommendations for data strategy, prioritization, and architecture design in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Manage datasets with adherence to data governance and support data quality rule development, testing, validation, and monitoring within agile scrum teams.
5+ years of data product management or data management experience (or equivalent through work, training, education).
Data Analyst experience including ability to analyze data, write business requirements, and develop/test data quality rules.
Proficiency in SQL and strong Excel skills mandatory; testing experience also required.
Comfort working with Hive and Teradata data platforms; experience with Mongo and Kafka is a plus.
Experienced in managing data product lifecycle within scrum/agile environments and collaborating closely with Product Owners to maintain continuity and reduce bottlenecks.
Skilled in data quality controls including rule writing, execution, validation, and post-production monitoring with tools like Acceldata or similar.
Capable of independently analyzing low to moderately complex data challenges and communicating insights effectively to varied audiences.
