Work Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years in relevant marine electrical projects.
Experienced in end-to-end marine electrical project management and execution including coordination with shipyards, OEMs, Class societies, and internal teams.
Familiar with shipboard electrical, automation, navigation, and control systems with strong stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment.
Preference for candidates with prior sailing experience as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) and knowledge of shipyard design and production processes.
