Work Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years in relevant marine electrical project roles.
Experienced in end-to-end project management including design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of marine electrical and automation systems.
Familiarity with marine equipment selection, OEM interaction, shipyard processes, and coordinating with Classification Societies and Approval Authorities.
Capable of working effectively across global and multicultural teams with strong stakeholder management skills and ownership mindset.
