Split time equally between collaborating with partners to design, build, and troubleshoot integrations with PDK platform and independently developing first-party integrations using developer tools.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with internal and external clients via PDK APIs, including video surveillance, intrusion alarms, intercoms, and business management platforms.
Serve as technical resource diagnosing complex integration issues and create internal tools supporting critical business workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years mentoring engineers.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js, React, and Next.js; strong knowledge of modern API and authentication patterns (REST, OAuth, webhooks).
This is an in-office role based in Draper, Utah; onsite work required.
Technical leader comfortable collaborating with external partners and mentoring engineers, balancing client-facing and hands-on coding responsibilities.
