Experience working in global or regional matrix organizations with diverse stakeholder groups and complex governance structures.

Working knowledge of AI, automation, workflow solutions, and digital technologies applied in operational environments.

Experienced in bridging global platform capabilities with regional operations to drive scalable and practical business solutions.

Capable of translating complex operational requirements into structured, standardized, and scalable operating models with measurable adoption and value realization.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in a matrix environment.
