Own end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Optimize system and database (Oracle) performance through query tuning, code refactoring, and audits ensuring reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and support continuous improvement and architectural decisions.
Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience with proven skills in scalable enterprise application development.
Hands-on experience in application and database layers, specifically Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle performance tuning.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong expertise in backend service development, database performance optimization, and code review processes.
Able to work collaboratively in Agile/DevSecOps teams, providing technical leadership on issues, system integration, and design improvements.
