Own and manage the User & Organization (U&O) platform capabilities, including identity, access, and organizational lifecycle management for a large-scale multi-tenant SaaS healthcare platform.
Lead product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and execution for U&O features such as RBAC, compliance with NIST SP 800-63, and API-driven provisioning used internally and externally.
Align and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, compliance, and external partners to ensure platform reliability, security, and adoption.
8+ years of Product Management experience, including end-to-end product ownership and iteration.
5+ years of specific experience in identity, access management, user or organizational management platforms.
Demonstrated understanding and application of NIST SP 800-63 IAL/AAL compliance for identity flows.
Must be able to use camera/video in virtual meetings as per remote-first company policy.
Has deep technical fluency in identity and access management protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0), directory services (LDAP, SCIM), and multi-tenant SaaS RBAC models.
Experienced working at the intersection of product management and backend/platform engineering with a focus on security and compliance in regulated industries, preferably healthcare.
Capable of leading roadmap definition and stakeholder alignment with confidence, balancing user experience, compliance, and technical constraints from day one.
