Lead and independently manage major retrofit and new equipment installation projects for the existing vessel fleet from concept through delivery.
Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, shipyards, and service providers to meet project timelines, quality, and compliance requirements.
Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, class standards, and maintain a safety-first approach throughout project execution.
5–10+ years experience in electrical project execution on commercial vessels, ship management, shipbuilding, ship repair/conversion, or marine engineering projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
Strong Electrical & Automation background in marine environments (mandatory).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years in relevant marine electrical project roles.
Experience managing end-to-end marine electrical retrofit projects including design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on commercial vessels.
Familiarity with coordination of multiple stakeholders including shipyards, OEMs, classification societies, and internal global teams.
Prior sailing experience as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) on commercial vessels and strong knowledge of shipboard electrical and automation systems.
