Lead quality engineering strategy and execution for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives covering functional, automation, integration, and regulatory testing.
Drive shift-left quality practices and end-to-end traceability across multiple testing layers including UI, API, database, batch, and cross-system integrations.

Comfortable collaborating closely with software engineers, product owners, and scrum teams to implement shift-left, in-sprint quality ownership practices.
Skilled at driving automation strategy, continuous testing integration (CI/CD), and mentoring teams to raise overall testing maturity and delivery confidence.
