Experienced in managing quality and supplier issues in plastic injection molding and machining in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Demonstrates problem-solving skills with hands-on technical expertise in manufacturing process optimization and design for manufacturability.
Capable of independently leading supplier audits, dual sourcing, and project execution with strong communication and alignment skills across global teams.
