Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business management and transformation projects globally, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Drive governance, reporting, project risk and issue management, and prepare executive-level communications for portfolio visibility.
Manage resource planning, capacity tracking, change initiatives, and mentor junior project staff as applicable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Project Management.
8+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or PMO environments (financial services preferred).
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II) is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel and relocate or work from different global delivery locations as required.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-regional business transformation projects with strong stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking and tight deadline management.
Skilled in project governance, advanced reporting tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet), and leading small teams or junior coordinators.
