Own monitoring, alerting, and observability implementation across the Azure platform to ensure end-to-end visibility of health, performance, availability, and security.
Maintain dashboards, alerts, and operational metrics for key platform services including IAM, APIM, MongoDB, and others to enable proactive issue detection and resolution.
Perform initial triage of monitoring alerts, escalate incidents per defined procedures, and participate in shift operations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability.
2–4 years of experience in Azure cloud operations or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related field mandatory.
Expertise in Azure platform fundamentals, identity access management tools, monitoring tools, Kubernetes, and hands-on experience with KQL, Log Analytics, and Azure Workbooks.
Relocation to Coimbatore preferred; immediate joiners preferred; in-person interviews required.
Strong practical experience in managing and optimizing Azure monitoring and security tools, with the ability to reduce alert fatigue by designing effective alert hierarchies.
Familiarity with API management diagnostics, MongoDB Atlas monitoring, OAuth 2.0/OIDC for IAM, and event-driven architectures such as Azure Event Grid and Service Bus.
Certified or working knowledge aligned with AZ-900, AZ-104, or AZ-204 certifications, with strong communication skills to translate technical metrics into business impact.
