Own the integration and design of quality requirements and processes for SMT/PCA manufacturing in the factory setting.
Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing test strategies, automating test frameworks, and improving product quality.
Analyze quality and process data to identify trends, communicate findings to leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in PC/3C products related industry.
Must be local to Chennai area with ability to commute daily to the CM partner factory near Sriperumbudur.
Experience and knowledge in SMT/PCA manufacturing processes and quality tools (RC/CAPA, 8D, Lean 6S, Kaizen).
Experience working independently using root-cause analysis and applying quality methodologies in electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills specifically in manufacturing quality issues.
Effective communicator capable of articulating quality issues and negotiating at management levels, with experience supporting NPI projects.
