Lead end-to-end program delivery for Core Banking or Payments transformation projects, ensuring quality and risk management.

Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Mobility to travel across geographies as needed.
Domain expertise at E2 level in Core Banking and understanding of the full program delivery lifecycle (E3 level) across solution design, estimation, configuration, delivery, data migration, and go-live.
Experience managing IT programs in onsite-offsite delivery models with proven stakeholder and team management skills.
Proficient in program finance and P&L management with excellent analytical and communication skills.
