Support Data Transformation Program by analyzing and improving data quality, consistency, and usability across complex multi-system landscapes involving 40+ Workforce Management systems, CRM, and 60 ERPs.
Identify, document, and help remediate data inconsistencies and quality issues; prepare clear analysis outputs and support root-cause investigations and remediation tracking.
Gather and translate business and data requirements into functional specifications; collaborate with global and local stakeholders across business and IT for aligned decision-making and data governance support.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
0–3 years experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or data quality roles.
Working knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI; familiarity with SQL, ERP, CRM, Workforce Management or related data platforms is an advantage.
Location requirement: India-based candidates must be located in Gurugram; hybrid working model applies.
Comfortable working across multiple business domains, systems and data platforms, with ability to understand unfamiliar systems and translate technical data into business terms.
Ability to produce structured documentation, communicate complex data issues simply, and coordinate with diverse global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Motivated to apply modern tools including automation, robotic process automation and AI-assisted analysis to reduce manual effort and improve data quality and insight generation.
