Build and maintain multi-agent AI workflows integrating APIs, RPA bots, and knowledge systems into production.
Develop end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines including ingestion, embedding, vector database management, and retrieval quality monitoring.
Write unit and integration tests, contribute to CI/CD and incident response for deployed AI systems, progressively owning architecture and stakeholder interactions.
2-5 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years delivering AI-powered or automation production solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong Python skills and experience with cloud AI services, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate), and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source).
Experience developing agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar multi-agent architectures.
Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases, able to diagnose and improve retrieval systems.
Progressing toward independent solution architecture and capable of leading stakeholder use-case discovery and technical documentation.
