Manage and resolve master data queries related to customer and site data including site set ups, amendments, and data transfers specifically for retail and terminal partners.
Ensure data integrity and quality standards across completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy by running regular performance reports and leading sustainable data quality improvement plans.
Collaborate with multiple business functions, report on key data quality KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement of master data management processes while supporting US business hours.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4-6 years of experience managing client-service oriented functions with Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance domain exposure.
4-6 years experience in master data management including data conversion, consolidation, enrichment, and harmonisation.
Sound experience with SAP or other ERP systems and willingness to work US shift (18:30 to 03:30 IST).
Experienced in managing master data within large, international organizations using ERP systems, especially SAP, with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
Proven ability to handle complex data quality and process improvement initiatives with a focus on digital automation and operational excellence.
Comfortable working in a virtual distributed team environment, prioritizing tasks effectively while interacting across multiple business units globally.
