Design, develop, and implement scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Reltio platform focusing on data models, entities, relationships, hierarchies, and business workflows.
Develop and manage custom Reltio Lifecycle Actions (LCA), Python-based services, API integrations, and batch/real-time data ingestion pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and Databricks.
Implement and maintain match/merge rules, survivorship strategies, data quality enforcement, and support data governance/stewardship ensuring data lineage, traceability, and compliance.
5-8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with strong hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM platform and Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development.
Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, PySpark, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and experience with Databricks, Airflow, GitLab, and Unix/Linux environments.
Domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including HCP/HCO mastering, Affiliations, Product Master / Material Master.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; AWS Certified Data Engineer, Databricks, or Reltio MDM certifications preferred.
Experienced in end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations and operations within regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments.
Strong capability in developing data models, event-driven workflows, and integrations with large-scale MDM transformations.
Skilled in performance tuning, data quality enforcement, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to maintain data stewardship and governance.
