Support and monitor BreachLock's PTaaS and vulnerability management products through alert triage, incident response, and maintenance of observability dashboards.
Automate operational tasks and assist in instrumentation and deployment validation to improve reliability and reduce manual toil.
Contribute to runbook and playbook documentation, and participate in on-call rotations and incident reviews under Senior SRE mentorship.
2–3 years of hands-on experience with GCP or other major cloud providers (GCP strongly preferred).
Proficiency with Linux command line, basic networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP), and cloud compute fundamentals.
Experience with at least one monitoring platform (Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch) and ability to read dashboards and alerts.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation; familiarity with Git version control and pull request workflows.
Operates well within core SRE practices including alert triage, incident response, and runbook creation under guidance of senior engineers.
Comfortable working in cloud infrastructure environments with focus on reliability and operational automation, preferably with GCP and containerization.
Aims to develop into a senior SRE or platform engineering role within cybersecurity product companies and is open to learning AI-powered automation concepts.
