Provide L3 support for Windows server environments, including troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, cluster, patching, and server hardware issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and handle migration projects involving DHCP, Active Directory, and file/print servers.
Serve as escalation point for lower-tier teams and support customers in US and Europe, including after-hours change and problem request handling.
Minimum 10 years experience in core Windows server administration at L3 level.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, FSMO roles, trusts, replication, GPO, and associated troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows server hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco UCS), backup solutions, clustering, patch management, and root cause analysis of P1/P2 incidents.
Willingness to work 24x7 rotation shifts and support US/Europe customers with effective communication.
Experienced in managing complex Windows server infrastructures with strong expertise in Active Directory and server migrations.
Comfortable operating in a 24x7 support environment with escalation responsibilities and customer interaction across time zones.
Familiar with Azure resource management and hybrid environments, preferably with Azure certifications (AZ-104) and VMware knowledge.
