Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) integrating Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Automate and optimize business workflows including approval processes; troubleshoot and resolve integration, authentication, and connector issues to ensure reliability and performance.

Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook/Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON data transformation, OAuth fundamentals, Microsoft Graph API, Azure App Registration, connector configuration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell; Strong SQL fundamentals.
Experienced in enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments with strong expertise in system integration and workflow orchestration.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to work independently and handle complex integration troubleshooting.
Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional and distributed teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
