Support research operations and sales-support functions for two service lines, including commercials documentation, pricing support, and project configuration.
Maintain accurate contract and project records, revenue forecasts, and assist with billing, collections, and vendor subscription administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience or understanding of commercial documentation, pricing materials, revenue recognition, forecasting, variance and margin analysis required.
Comfortable working virtually with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
Detail-oriented with a rigorous quality assurance and data integrity mindset focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.
Experienced in producing concise, slide-ready summaries and basic financial/data analysis supporting executive decision-making.
