Own and operate the LLM control plane and gateway enabling multi-provider LLM usage with smart routing, quotas, failover, and cost tracking at scale.
Build and maintain AI platform components including unified APIs/SDKs, safety/privacy enforcement, agent runtime orchestration, and real-time context delivery leveraging graph and hybrid retrieval.
Define and enforce standards for AI agent systems including evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and platform support for classical ML models impacting dealer KPIs like upsell, cycle time, CSAT, and service revenue.
Minimum 5 years experience building large-scale data, ML, or platform systems with strong software engineering skills.
Proficient in Python plus one of Java/Scala/Go; experience in microservices and API design mandatory.
Experience in MLOps pipelines (Airflow/Kubeflow), model tracking (MLflow), CI/CD for models, plus cloud/container technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

Deep practical knowledge of AI/ML systems including agentic architectures, graph databases, retrieval augmentation, and real-time data ingestion in production environments.
Proven ability to define and implement operational standards around safety, privacy, evaluation, and monitoring in complex, multi-tenant AI platforms.
