Experienced in delivering enterprise-grade ITOM solutions aligned to organizational standards and able to collaborate closely with infrastructure and operations teams.
Proficient in designing CMDB data models, relationships, and governance for accurate configuration management.
Skilled in agile delivery environments and familiar with ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, CIS-Event Management, or CIS-ITOM for advanced domain expertise.
